Do you offer free shipping?
Any information regarding shipping costs will be available to you on the product page. In case of occasional offers/promotions on particular selected products or order values, they may be mentioned on the product page/during checkout and under Terms and Conditions.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
You cannot change your shipping address after placing the order.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

Can I schedule a specific delivery date or time?
Currently, we don’t offer the option to schedule specific delivery times. However, you can track your package to estimate its arrival.
What if I'm unavailable to receive the package upon delivery?
Couriers usually attempt delivery multiple (2-3) times. If you miss the delivery, they may leave a notice with further instructions or attempt redelivery.

RETURN & REFUND

We offer a 5 - 7 return period for eligible items. Please refer to our return policy for detailed instructions.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us immediately upon receipt of the damaged or defective item. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund as per our policy.

Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 days (in case of prepaid order) & 15 days (In case of COD order) after we receive the returned item and verify its condition.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it for a refund?

How will I receive my refund?

What happens to 'cash on delivery' refunds?
Refunds are transferred as Eternix Cash to your Eternix Wallet for future purchases.
